• • Three fresh meals provide a base of 5 x 1200 calorie days with 2 x 600 calorie fasting days 
  • Fasting days are Day 5 & 6 on your menu, you can move these & also eat as non consecutive days if you prefer
  • If you require additional calories, add our delicious MY Food snacks, approximately 200 calories each
  • All meals are wheat (meals may include spelt) & dairy free
  • Your 5:2 Fasting Diet Plan includes breakfast, lunch & dinner each day, perfectly balanced by our BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist
  • Meals are naturally vacuum packed to retain freshness & nutrients
  • They can be stored in your fridge for up to 7 days, or frozen for up to 28 days 
  • Meals are ready to eat chilled or heat & eat, preparation instructions are detailed on individual labels
  • Your personalised menu will be emailed to you, this changes each week, on a 4 week rotation, so you will be delighted by the variety of healthy meals

   

• • Your fresh food is delivered weekly straight to your door in a luxury chilled hamper for you to start the following day
  • For Diet Plans of more than 7 days your delivery will be on the same day each week
  • You will receive a text from DPD, our couriers, with your 1 hour delivery time slot. As MY Food is fresh food product please do not change your delivery day
  • Your hamper can be left in safe place without a signature, add delivery instructions to "Notes"  or use the text sent by our couriers to leave instructions
  • Select a Saturday (£10.95), before 10.30am (£9.95) or before 12pm (£5.95) 
  • If you need to pause your plan, or make any changes, please email sales@myfood.co.uk
  • Delivery to some areas in Scotland will be on a 2 day service. Northern Ireland & Isle of Man are a 2 day service & will incur an extra charge. If you would like a delivery here, please email sales@myfood.co.uk for a quotation
